Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about the space, service needed, and any known issues (stains, damage, pets, allergies, etc.) Remove or secure fragile, valuable, or sentimental items from the work area before our arrival
• Disclose any known structural issues, water damage history, or previous repairs relevant to the service
• Ensure safe and reasonable access to the property
• Restrain pets during the appointment for the safety of your animals and our technicians

We are not responsible for damage to items that were not disclosed, secured, or removed before service.

Service Limitations & Guarantee

While we take great care in every job, certain conditions are outside our control and may limit results, including but not limited to:

• Pre-existing damage, wear, or discoloration to carpet, rugs, tile, or upholstery
• Permanent staining from certain substances (e.g., dye transfer, bleach, certain inks)
• Odor or staining that has penetrated subflooring, padding, or structural materials beyond what standard cleaning can address
• Natural variations in fiber, material, or dye lot

We offer a satisfaction guarantee on our workmanship. If you’re not satisfied with a completed service, contact us, and we will work with you to make it right. This guarantee does not cover pre-existing conditions, normal wear, or issues unrelated to the service performed.

Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
